clean hotel, liked to be short walk to a quiet area as well as historical center, chair lift base and a myriad of other local museums and places of interest thanks to particularly good and unbeatable location. had new-fashioned and air conditioned room with marble bathroom and a multi-channel tv, a study table and a radio.

Spotless and sophisticated place, satisfactory breakfast with variety of options. Magnificent and perfect location close to the railway station in a central area. For tea or coffee visit Cafetaria Estamine nearby.

The breakfast is very very good and offers fresh bread, cereal, cakes, fruit and eggs. Thanks, I will certainly stay here again, loved this place.

I had a wonderful stay at a very modern quiet hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was amazing. The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk to all the tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and the service was professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

The comfort, and specially the reception staff. I had a very warmth welcome, as I would a expect from the North (Guimaraes). Loved the rooms, minimalistic, with an excellent bathroom.

Not that I didn't like, but the only downside was the tv set... Abit small for the room. But having said this, I didn't go to Guimaraes to watch tv :)

The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes' walk from the historical center of the city. The only thing i didnt like, was that my non smoking room in a non smoking hotel, smelled like smoke, because apparently people smoke in the rooms anyway, and staff told me there is nothing they can do, which i dont agree from a non smoking Hotel policy, the management should think about a solution like fines or something, because its at least desrespectfull to the non smoking guests which have choosen a non smoking room and dont get in the end ! The windows open, which nowadays its not common, so for this matter it helped..

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Guimaraes. the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the historical center of the city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were decorated in a simple yet elegant style, with beautiful wooden furniture and a very comfortable bed. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

Very nice hotel,well situated to the old town, for sightseeing and local restaurants, within easy walking distance. A ride on the cable car is well worth it, with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and castle.

There were great beds and BBC and a TV set inside the room. The location was handy and unbeatable, for example, an old town was within walking distance of the hotel. You could walk to shopping centres and a small market. We both loved the food, it was local and had lots of options.

Lighting in room very dull making reading/working close to impossible. Wifi whilst free, was difficult to always log on and was sometimes very slow depending on usage by others.
